How To: Dream

How To: Dream

Dream

Sometimes we get so caught up in work we sometimes forget what we are working for.  If you are going to dedicate your time, resources, and money to promote your business on social media it is important to remember why we are doing it. ESPECIALLY those days when you really don’t want to.  When you have those days take a moment to pull out the dream section of this workbook and read what you are working for.

In the What is your Dream Life pages think BIG.  Don’t be realistic, be overoptimistic.  If you had a magic lamp with a genie what would you ask for? Is your dream a private jet and a yacht? Is it a work life balance? is it over the top vacations with your family? Is it a home in Montana on a river (yes that is my husband's dream)  Don’t be afraid of dreaming BIG.

Here is what is in my workbook

GOALS

As we fill out our 1,5,and 10 year goals, think of what you need to accomplish for your dream life, these goals do not need to be tied to social media yet.  We will get to that later in the workbook.

There are two approaches when setting your goals sart with the BIG goals and work down or start with the immediate goals and work to the BIG goals.  Here is a little hack to help you.

When starting with the big goal think I want this so in 10 years I need to have done X which means in 5 years I need to have done Y and in 1 year I need to have done Z.

When starting with the small goal I use the phrase “So That” I think I need to do X in year 1 so that I can do Y in Year 5 so that I can do Z in Year 10

Here are my goals
